Caramel made only from raw milk and sugar from a dairy farm in Shimonita. It comes in a tube and is easy to handle, you can smoke it as it is, or you can top it on bread or sweets. You can make a gorgeous shape with the star-shaped aperture.




The mouthfeel is smooth like custard. You can enjoy the richness and fragrant flavor of milk until the aftertaste. It's a luxurious taste even if you eat it alone. The sweetness is a little modest for caramel.
