May was hit by more severe heat than usual. Maybe there are many people who want to eat cold food and have already become heat exhausted in the summer.
If you really want a cool taste, why not try sweets made with nutritious "Amazake"? This time, I will introduce a simple amazake agar that just hardens amazake.
[Material]
・ Amazake 400ml (13.53us fl oz) (This time, I used Marukome's "Koji Amazake")
・ Powdered agar 4g (0.14oz)
・ Appropriate amount of your favorite fruit such as kiwi and canned food * The recipe is based on Marukome's official website .
[How to make]
1. 1. Put amazake in a small pot and boil, reduce the heat and sprinkle powdered agar to dissolve.
2. Put it in a container and let it cool at room temperature, then cool it in the refrigerator and harden it.
3. 3. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces and add fruit to complete
Since amazake is used straight as it is, you can enjoy the rich flavor and sweetness without adding sugar and it is delicious! By combining crisp agar and fruit, the taste and texture will change, and even a small amount will be satisfying.
Agar hardens faster than gelatin and ice cream, so it's nice to be able to eat it as soon as you think of it. Why don't you make it as a snack on the day when "it's going to be hot today ..."?
