・ Cheese tart (diameter about 8 cm, 1 piece)
How to make
1. 1. Wash the strawberries, wipe off the water, and remove the calyx. Put a knife on the top and cut it into a V shape.
2. Slice thinly into a heart shape.
3. 3. Arrange them on top of the cheese tart and stack them so that they look like petals. Place the large slices on the bottom and the small slices on the top for a stable look.
Due to the effect of the juice that exudes from the cross section, the strawberry alone has a glossy finish. A cheese tart with a price of about 100 yen will be transformed into a luxurious atmosphere. It's a decoration that can be done if it's flat and circular, so why not use a big tart and a big strawberry to make it gorgeous, or decorate it with a handmade pudding, and enjoy it freely.
