Sushi cake for one person
material
・ Rice (1 cup of tea bowl)
・ Chirashizushi no Moto (appropriate amount)
・ Kinshi egg (appropriate amount)
・ Loin ham (1/2 sheet)
・ Thick roasted egg (1 slice)
・ Okra (1)
・ Salmon flakes (1 tbsp)
Preparation
・ Mix rice and chirashizushi ingredients ・ Pull out roast ham and thick roasted egg in a star shape ・ Boil okra and cut into slices
How to make
1. 1. Lightly moisten the inside of the cercle mold and place it on a plate.
2. Stuff rice mixed with chirashizushi.
3. 3. Sprinkle brocade eggs.
Four. Sprinkle star-shaped loin ham and thick roasted egg, sliced okra, and salmon flakes in a well-balanced manner.
Five. Gently remove the cercle mold and you're done.
A cute and gorgeous finish by collecting various colors while using only familiar ingredients. The overall color is pale, so adding salmon roe or star-shaped carrots will make it look sharper. It is also good to put smoked salmon or avocado on it to finish it in a Western style.
