Just hold it frozen! "Onigiri Maru" that can make rice balls like convenience stores

Easy to make gorgeous rice balls!

From Ajinomoto Frozen Foods, "Onigiri Maru", a rice ball ingredient that can be held frozen, was released on February 12th.

There are five types of lineup: "sweet pork curry," "bibimbap with plenty of vegetables," "delicious gyoza," "small pork kakuni," and "sweet mapo tofu." I was curious, so I immediately bought several types.

Onigiri-maru is about 200 yen for 4 pieces per pack. Use one by one at the perforation.

Place a rice ball on top of the warm rice spread on the wrap, cover it with a little rice, and squeeze the wrap firmly to complete.

Leave it frozen

It can be eaten after about 30 minutes (at room temperature of about 20 degrees). The ingredients were naturally thawed by the rough heat of the rice, giving it a thick texture. If it melts, it will exude from rice? I thought, but it's a unique manufacturing method that doesn't become watery.

All of them were delicious with plenty of ingredients, but I recommend curry. It also contains melty cheese and spinach, which is a favorite taste for both children and adults.

Curry that is difficult to bring with a lunch box is a rice ball!

In consideration of hygiene, do not touch the rice or rice ball with your bare hands, and use a wrap when gripping. It's winter now, so I carry it around as it is, but in the summer it seems better to be careful about the storage location.

Image of "rice + side dishes"

With general rice balls such as salmon and plums, the nutritional balance tends to be unbalanced unless side dishes are prepared, but the onigiri-maru has the image of a “firm side dish” that also contains vegetables. It is said that it was developed to be easy for children belonging to athletic clubs and clubs to eat, but it seems to be very useful for lunch boxes when adults do not have time!

How about having a hurry at your desk for lunch?
