The image is the French sweet "Crème Brulee" which means "burnt cream". Delicate and smooth cream and caramel are wrapped in milk chocolate.

Creation fondant chocolate

The image is a French chocolate cake "Fondant Chocolat" with ganache in the center. Thick chocolate cream is wrapped in milk chocolate.
