I often go to a famous abura soba restaurant in my hometown, and the fried rice that comes out at that restaurant is also simple and very delicious.
When I investigated whether I could reproduce it at home because I liked it too much, I arrived at the familiar Chinese soup base "Waper" . Instead of adding this when seasoning, it will taste like a shop if you "cook it with rice"!
The standard amount is about 1 tablespoon for 2 go of rice (I make half the amount). As usual, sharpen the rice and add water, then add the waper and cook.
The cooked rice looks like ordinary rice. However, if you pinch it a little, the taste peculiar to Chinese food overflows from the rice and it seems that you can eat it alone as it is.
I will endure what I want to eat as it is and make fried rice with this rice. The ingredients this time are simply green onions and eggs. It's already flavored, so punch it with pepper and finish it over high heat at once.
The oil-coated rice grains unravel in the mouth, leaving the inside with a chewy texture. There is no uneven taste on the whole, and it looks like fried rice in a shop ... !!
You can add it to ramen or dumplings, or add roast pork to make it gutsy. Please try the fried rice recipe of scales from your eyes ♪
