・ White dressing
Combine the whole amount with 1/2 of silken tofu (about 200g (7.05oz)), mix while breaking, and when the whole is familiar, it is complete. It's a super-short-time dish that takes less than a minute.
The smooth tofu is accented with the texture of hijiki seaweed and sesame seeds. Hijiki, which is delicious enough to chew, does a good job.
・ Sesame sauce
Drain 1/2 bundle of boiled spinach (about 130g (4.59oz)) well and cut into 4cm lengths. Mix this with the whole amount and you're done.

・ Namul's element
Drain one bag (200-250g (8.82oz)) of bean sprouts heated in the microwave and mix the whole amount to complete.
A good balance of crispy and refreshing bean sprouts with a strong flavor. It is also useful as a topping for ramen and as an ingredient for bibimbap.
