Apple and raisin compote

It's delicious to eat raw, but it's also delicious when heated and compote. Here are some recipes that you can easily make in the microwave and enjoy the refreshing sweetness.
There are three ingredients: apple (1), lemon juice (1 tbsp), and raisins (2 tbsp). First, peel the apple, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and put it in a heat-resistant container.
Add lemon juice and raisins, mix gently, wrap and heat in the microwave (500W) for about 5 minutes. When the apples have a clear color, it's done.
The finished compote has a crispy texture and a slight sweetness. The sourness of the lemon tightens the whole. Of course, it is recommended to add it to vanilla ice cream or mix it with yogurt. If you like sweetness, try adding about 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey. Also, adding a small amount of white wine will add an elegant flavor.
