In a moist and fluffy dough, plump juicy rum raisins and flavorful grained bean paste are packed. You can enjoy a complex and rich taste in which the sweetness and texture of the three are intertwined. The size is small, but I don't feel satisfied with a bite, so I feel that this is just right.


It feels like eating a pound cake made with Western liquor rather than dorayaki. Even so, the taste of the bean paste matches, and although it is new, it is delicious without any discomfort. Excellent compatibility with coffee!
