Sesame oil 1 tsp
water 170cc

How to make

1. 1. Wash the white rice, put it in a colander, and leave it for 30 minutes.


2. Heat the cotton tofu in a microwave oven (500W-600W) for 5 minutes, break it into small pieces, and drain it thoroughly.



3. 3. Mix soy sauce and sesame oil with drained cotton tofu and heat in a microwave oven (500W-600W) for 30 seconds.



Four. Put "1" white rice, water (170cc), and "3" tofu in a rice cooker, mix them lightly, and cook in white rice mode.


Five. Once cooked, mix the whole thing and it's done.


The cooked rice with tofu has an impressive flavor of sesame oil and soy sauce. The well-drained tofu has a texture and umami like minced meat, and it snuggles up to the moderately chewy white rice. Although it is mixed rice, it is lightly seasoned so it goes well with any side dish.
