Peach compote

Kowloon ball style jelly


"Kowloon Ball" is a Hong Kong sweet that contains various fruits in a round jelly. You can easily make Kowloon ball-style jelly by using a round ice tray that you can buy even at 100-yen stores.


Simply put the small pieces of fruit in an ice tray with powdered agar, water, and a jelly solution made from sugar to harden them. The slightly sweetened jelly is crisp and you can enjoy different flavors for each fruit.
