"Hassaku Daifuku" where you can enjoy seasonal Hassaku--A new sensation that is not sweet Daifuku is recommended for citrus lovers!

If you like Hassaku, you can wear it!

"Hassaku" is in season from February to March. I like Hassaku oranges, which can be flattened in an instant with one ball, but I don't see any Hassaku-flavored sweets in the world (even though there are strawberries like that ...).

The author recently found a Japanese sweet called "Hassaku Daifuku". Daifuku is produced by Hassakuya in Innoshima, Hiroshima, which is a representative production area of Hassaku.

The local feeling is cute

The soft mochi is full of white bean paste and hassaku flesh. When you chew the firm Sajo crisply, the fresh juice overflows.

What a beautiful cross section ...

The sweetness of the bean paste makes the whole thing smooth, and you can feel the unique bitterness. Isn't this kind of sweet that Hassaku lovers were looking for?

Hassaku is the leading role

It doesn't have the sweetness of Ichigo Daifuku, so if you eat it in search of sweet Japanese sweets, you may get "something different ...". It may not be very suitable for souvenirs.

I bought it at the Hiroshima Antenna Shop in Ginza, and the price was 195 yen (tax included) per piece. It seems that it is not available from Obon to around October, but if you see it on an outing or a trip, please try it.
