Challenge to make spring-like sweets ♪ Recipe book "Meringue sweets Pavlova"


The recipe book "Meringue Sweets Pavlova" will be released on April 20th. The price is 1,400 yen (excluding tax).


Pavlova is a meringue confectionery that originated in New Zealand and Australia. The name comes from the love of the world-famous ballerina Anna Babrova.

The basic ingredients are egg white, granulated sugar, and salt. These are whipped and baked in the oven, and topped with whipped fruits and seasonal fruits to finish.

In this book, 37 kinds of meringue sweets and 30 kinds of recipes such as fruit sauce are introduced, from standard ones to those for events.
