I tried three types of "potato galette," "bruschetta," and "avocado salad." It can be cooked mainly with one kind of vegetables and olive oil. Both are for 2 servings x 2 times and cost around 130 yen.
To make potato galettes, simply mix shredded potatoes and bacon with seasoning and bake them in butter. Seasoning includes basil, nutmeg, cheese, roasted garlic, etc., giving it a savory and appetizing finish! It's crispy and fluffy, and it's perfect for breakfast and snacks.
