This time we tried the "Peach Nectar Milk Jelly" introduced on the official Fujiya "Nectar" website. The use of thick nectar gives it a surprisingly juicy flavor!

Everyone loves nectar.

Ingredients (for 5 servings)]


Nectar Peach 350g (12.35oz)
- Milk 50g (1.76oz)
- Granulated sugar 40g (1.41oz)
- Gelatin (granulated) 4g (0.14oz) (blended with 20g (0.71oz) water)
- Canned white peaches or yellow peaches (cut into 2cm pieces)

[How to make]
1. Put nectar peach, milk and granulated sugar in a hand pan and heat to 80 degrees


2. Remove from heat and add the blanched gelatin and let it dissolve


3. Transfer to a bowl and cool to 20-30 degrees

The bowl is placed in ice water.

4. Pour 3 into a container with cut fruits.


5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to harden


The puree is plentiful, making it soft and smooth, and the juicy peach flavor that fills the mouth is enchanting. The rich fruitiness that cannot be achieved with ordinary juices is indeed what nectar is all about. It is easy to enjoy even when fresh peaches are unavailable, so please give it a try.
