Hydrangea drink with blue herbal tea

Blue herbal tea that is becoming more and more popular in Japan. It is mainly extracted from herbs such as "butterfly pea" and "mallow blue", and when acidic substances are added, the blue pigment reacts and the color changes. This time, I took advantage of this property and enjoyed the "hydrangea-style drink" that is perfect for this season.

I used "Hawaiian Blue Tea" that you can buy at KALDI Coffee Farm. In addition to butterfly pea, lemongrass and Hawaiian herb "Mamaki" are blended, and it is recommended for those who drink for the first time with a lemon-like scent and a taste that is not peculiar.

Now put the plum honey in a glass of ice first and then gently pour herbal tea. Now the juice, purple and blue gradations are complete! The sweetness is moderately diluted and you can drink very much.
