Easy and healthy snacks. I found a great deal of MUJI sweets for 100 yen including tax. There were various types, so I bought it.
A series of products called "Pochi Confectionery" packed in a small bag. There are two prices (tax included), 100 yen and 120 yen. There are retro types such as rice crackers, caramel, and barley chocolate, cookies and biscuits, nuts made from the same ingredients, and vegetable chips. This time, the author purchased 8 products under the conditions of "200 kcal or less" and "100 yen per bag" because "it seems to be nutritious". Let's introduce the contents in order.
First of all, nuts and dried fruits. The calories were 169 kcal for "mixed nut salty taste", 187 kcal for "almond & walnut", and 98 kcal for "dried fruit mix". High-calorie nuts that you end up eating too much can be safely eaten in a small amount.
Next are "Sesame Stick", "Squid Somen", and "Small Fish & Almonds" that you can enjoy chewing. The calories are 59kcal, 49kcal, and 76kcal, respectively, which are quite modest. It seems to be useful as a companion for late evening drinks.
Lastly, I would like to introduce "Ume Konbu" and "Dried Ume" that you can suck when you feel lonely. You can refresh yourself with a sour taste. The calories are 22 kcal for "Ume Konbu" and 171 kcal for "Dried Ume". You can eat it as it is, or you can pour hot water or tea and enjoy the flavor as a drink.
The "Pochi Confectionery" series is useful not only as a snack, but also as a gift for colleagues and as a travel companion. Why don't you check it out when you go to a MUJI store?
