This product is an instant noodle that you can enjoy the taste of the representative menu "Shiramaru" of the popular ramen shop "Ippudo" at home. Non-fried extra-fine noodles and soup are included in the set, and no ingredients are included.


The noodles are boiled in about one and a half minutes, and the boiled water can be used as it is in the soup. If you like, you can add green onions, char siu, and wood ear toppings to make it more like a shop.



Of course, the noodles have a texture like raw noodles, but the soup was especially impressive. It seems that the same pork skull extract as the soup in the shop is used, and it has a mellow and rich taste.
