Teriyaki Buri recipe -- easy to stock up and enjoy freshly prepared taste anytime!

Easy and freshly made ♪ Yellowtail teriyaki recipe [Frozen seasoning].

By freezing and stocking the seasoning, you can make dinner on busy days.

Material ( For 2 people )
Yellowtail 2 slices
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
cooking sake 2 tablespoons
sweet sake 1 tablespoon
sugar 1 teaspoon

This is a great way to make dinner on a busy day.

Ingredients

: 2 slices yellowtail
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Sprinkle salt (not included) on both sides of the yellowtail and pat dry after 10 minutes. 2.

Sprinkle salt on the yellowtail and cook for 10 minutes.

Drain on paper towels.

2. Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar in a small bowl.

Mix seasonings.

3. Place the buri in a storage bag, add the seasoning mixture, and blend. Seal the bag while removing air from inside. 4.

Put the fish and seasonings in a storage bag and seal it.

Store in the freezer. Approximate shelf life is 3 weeks to 1 month. 5.

5. When ready to use, transfer to the refrigerator or defrost in the defrost mode of a microwave oven.

6. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, and cook the pickled yellowtail, drained of the marinade, for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Add the remaining marinade in the bag and let it simmer for a while, then pour it over the fillets with a spoon. When pouring the marinade into the pan, do not pour it directly onto the fillets (to heat the marinade thoroughly).

Drain off the juices and grill for a few minutes on each side.

Buri is colored a beautiful soy sauce color and has a rich sweet and spicy flavor that goes well with white rice! The meat is soft and fluffy and loosens up comfortably in the mouth. If you want to freshen up the taste, add some thinly sliced ginger to the marinade.

If you want to cook it without freezing, put it in a storage bag and marinate it in the refrigerator for about half a day. In addition to yellowtail, fresh salmon and swordfish are also recommended.
