You should buy it when you go to Hokkaido! A delicious ramen soup that is just melted and a recipe directly from Domin

I have an aunt who lives in Hokkaido and has brought me various souvenirs every time I came to Tokyo since I was a child. Among them, there was a ramen that I was addicted to in my family for a while, and I bought it because it was at an antenna shop in Hokkaido that I visited recently.

That is this "ramen soup flavor" .

A package that you will never forget once you see it

A paste with a tightly condensed umami

This is a paste-like seasoning that is kneaded with the flavor of stewed vegetables, and you can make a very delicious ramen soup just by dissolving it in hot water. It comes in 120g (4.23oz) (about 6 cups) and costs about 200 yen.

Since it's a big deal, I'll also introduce a ramen recipe directly from my relatives.

Prepare thinly sliced pork, bean sprouts, carrots, onions and other vegetables of your choice, menma, and Chinese noodles.

If you like except pork and menma

While boiling the noodles in plenty of hot water, dissolve the soup in hot water (300 ml for one person) boiled in a separate pot, add all the ingredients and simmer. According to the notation, the amount of soup is 20g (0.71oz) per person, but if you make it that way, it will be so salty that your tongue will be numb, so adjust from about 2 teaspoons.

Be careful not to overfill

Put the ingredients in a lump

Menma with juice

Stew a little while removing the lye

Put the noodles and soup in the bowl and it's done. It's not a recipe, I'm sorry ...

In short, just stew the ingredients

The one I used this time was salty soy sauce (there are also miso and salt). According to the person who ate it for the first time, it was "like ramen at a ski resort" (only in Hokkaido?). It's not the "taste of a well-known store where you can line up", but it's a relaxing and stable taste.

Is it the taste of a bag for people in Hokkaido?

It can be used for other than ramen!

In addition to ramen, it can be used for fried rice, stir-fried foods, pasta, etc. (there is a recipe on the official website), and it is a versatile yellowtail like "Waper", which is familiar to households nationwide. If you use it like that, it will disappear soon, so I hope you can buy it in Tokyo someday.

About 1/2 teaspoon for one person

This is good again

By the way, according to the distributor Bell Shokuhin, it was born in 1954 (predecessor of the Northern Kyogaku era) and has a long history. It seems that you can buy it at supermarkets in Hokkaido, so if you plan to travel to Golden Week, how about a souvenir?
