Dorayaki, a popular "rum raisin flavor" in the fall and winter! "Lambdora" is also recommended as a souvenir

Adult flavor "ram raisins" popular in the fall and winter. Ice cream and biscuit sandwiches are standard, but did you know that they are also expanding into the Japanese confectionery world?

That is "Lambdora" in Baigetsudo, Kagoshima. It is an adult dorayaki mixed with rum raisins. You can purchase it at stores, mail-order sites, and some department stores' confectionery corners. The price is 300 yen per piece (excluding tax). * On mail-order sites, etc., handling of 6 boxes, etc.

This time I bought one at Ginza Mitsukoshi

The label has a purple x gold color scheme. The illustration of grapes drawn with a delicate touch is fashionable.

Gold is foil stamped

In a moist and fluffy dough, plump juicy rum raisins and flavorful grained bean paste are packed. You can enjoy a complex and rich taste in which the sweetness and texture of the three are intertwined. The size is small, but I don't feel satisfied with a bite, so I feel that this is just right.

Rich richness, complex adult taste ...

It feels like eating a pound cake made with Western liquor rather than dorayaki. Even so, the taste of the bean paste matches, and although it is new, it is delicious without any discomfort. Excellent compatibility with coffee!

Ramdora is a new and pleasing souvenir as well as an autumn / winter snack. If you like rum raisins, please check it out ♪
