■ Rich seafood stock! Hot pot soup


A hot pot soup that you can enjoy a seafood hot pot with water and your favorite ingredients. You can choose from two types, "red sea bream dashi hot pot soup" and "shrimp dashi hot pot soup". The price is 500 yen each (excluding tax, the same applies below).

The taste of seafood is so rich that you can imagine the image just by including either of the soup in your mouth! In particular, the red sea bream broth was so delicious that all the ingredients were wrapped in the elegant flavor of the sea bream, and even the porridge of the sea bream was so delicious that you wouldn't want to leave a single drop.

Bagna cauda sauce is made by boiling Hiroshima oysters in milk and white wine to make a paste, which makes the oysters feel luxurious. It's delicious that vegetables won't stop.

Shirasu basil sauce is a sauce made from domestically produced shirasu, basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese. It is an exaggeration to say that Basil and Shirasu complement each other and are the highest peak of Genovese. Caprese sauce, pasta, and seafood carpaccio sauce can be used for hospitality with confidence.
