Easy as a pack! Introducing "Pack de Steamed Bread," an item that allows you to make steamed bread simply by mixing it with water and heating it in the microwave.
The recipe for steamed mug bread using hot cake mix is famous, but here the pack becomes a container as it is. I'm glad I don't have to wash it! It was 259 yen (tax included) at Kinokuniya in Tokyo.
It is also gluten-free. Finished with white sorghum flour instead of wheat.
The recipe is very easy. Open the pack, add 100cc of water, mix well and put in the microwave. Heat at 500W for 3 minutes to complete.

Moist and chewy, with a slight sweetness. It is tightly clogged and heavier than steamed wheat bread. It's delicious and it's stuffy!
What is white sorghum flour? Regarding that point, there is no particular flavor. I feel that it is lighter than wheat flour and rice flour. You can enjoy the simple taste as it is, or you can upgrade it to sweets with jam or cream.
