Ramen = end to unhealthy? "BASE RAMEN" is 50% off sugar and nutritious ingredients

If I don't even think about my health, I want to eat it every day. Ramen is one of such menus.

Faced with ramen while fighting guilt every day ... I would like such people to try "BASE RAMEN".

Base ramen is raw noodles made mainly from miscellaneous grains such as whole wheat flour and soybean flour. Compared to regular Chinese noodles, sugar is cut by 50%, and one-third of the amount of nutrients required per day can be taken in one meal (excluding lipids, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sodium, and calories).

This time I bought a trial set sold on the official website. The price was 980 yen (tax included, free shipping) with 2 meals.

The set includes 2 bags of noodles, 2 bags of soup, and a pamphlet. You can enjoy two flavors of soup: "rich pork bone soy sauce soup" and "great sardine soup supervised by Ramen Nagi". * Niboshi soup is limited in quantity and will end as soon as it runs out.

The noodles are brown like soba. Is it a little thick for ramen?

* Before boiling

The volume of nutrition labeling is amazing. Even with iron, which tends to be deficient, you can get 84% of the daily requirement with this one meal. Vitamin C is 289% ...

Cooking is very easy. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, add them to the soup divided by hot water, and add toppings as you like. It's the same as the usual home ramen.

Toppings are available separately if you like

The characteristic of noodles is the chewy and elastic texture. It's not hard, but it's chewy. It has a simple grainy flavor, but I haven't claimed it as much as I imagined from the appearance.

Pork bone soy sauce soup is made by concentrating umami such as pork bones, chicken bones, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms. You can enjoy the deliciousness of the material and the rich richness. Excellent compatibility with rich and chewy noodles.

As the name suggests, the sardine soup has a great sardine feel. Sprinkle with the attached dried sardines to finish. Rich but not heavy Japanese taste.

"Amazing Niboshi Soup" supervised by Ramen Nagi

Base ramen that you can fully enjoy the "feeling of eating ramen" with rich soup and chewy noodles. Unlike vermicelli noodles and tofu noodles, I felt that it was highly satisfying, and that I could get various nutrients in one meal, so I didn't have to be conscious of adjusting it in the next meal. With plenty of dietary fiber, my stomach feels better.

On the other hand, the calories themselves are the same as regular Chinese noodles, so eating too much is dangerous. Basically, I'm refraining from doing so, but if you have a conflict with ramen that you can't stand, please do!
