This time, we will introduce "edocco Iki Ningyo-yaki" that appeared in July 2018. It is sold at the Ecute Keiyo Street store in Hattendo, which is famous for "cream buns" inside the JR ticket gates.

Only the Hachitendo of bread is involved, and the dough is carefully tailored. The moist and chewy texture cannot be tasted with other ningyo-yaki. The bean paste has no characteristics, but it is tasty and the grain is moderately delicious.

The whole dough is not chewy, and some parts are fluffy, giving the impression that you can enjoy the mottled texture. If you like the crunchy, chewy part of the dough that you see in some croissants and the center of the pie, you'll love it. Can it be transmitted?

The dark part is chewy and chewy.

"Ningyo-yaki" is a familiar classic called ningyo-yaki with a new texture essence. The shelf life is about 10 days (2 days after opening). Not only for souvenirs when traveling, but also for souvenirs when traveling from Tokyo to somewhere.
