Boil in a little water & a small pot! "Ma Ma Palette" is recommended for pasta alone

Pasta that can be eaten immediately after boiling and is useful when you want to finish it quickly. However, it is troublesome to prepare "a large pot with plenty of hot water" that most products require.

The newly released "Ma Ma Palette" is a smart pasta that can be boiled in a small pot with about 3 cm of water. A fettuccine type with a chewy texture, which is hardened into a thin round shape.

Disc shape with a diameter of about 11 cm

There are 4 types in the lineup. Available in plain, spinach powder, tomato powder, and whole wheat flour.

This time, I bought spinach powder and whole wheat flour. The purchase price at the supermarket was 170 yen each (excluding tax). Let's actually boil and eat.

When boiling, prepare a pot sized to hold noodles. A frying pan is OK if the height is about 5 cm.

Even a small frying pan is OK!

Boil enough water to make the noodles firmly (3 cm or more from the bottom of the pot is a guide), and when it boils, add the noodles. No salt required.

Boil for 5 minutes with occasional loosening and drain.

Transfer to a plate and entangle with the separately prepared pasta sauce to complete.

Volume comes out more than I expected

This time with basil sauce

Contains whole wheat flour, which is slightly darker than plain. The flavor of whole grain flour is not so noticeable and is slightly fragrant. Looks good with any sauce.

The chewy texture is irresistible! It's flat and non-slip, and it's easy to wind it with a fork.

Because it is flat, it is not slippery and easy to wind with a fork!

On the other hand, the colorful spinach powder is slightly refreshing when chewed. It goes well with cream sauces such as carbonara and looks great.

Pasta suitable for a single meal that can be boiled without preparing a large pot or boiling a large amount of water. Especially recommended for those who like chewy noodles!
