Italy's famous ice cream cake "Cassata". The stylish appearance that is cut into pieces and the taste that is full of fruits and nuts are popular.
Introducing an ice cream cake recipe similar to Cassata. Just mix all the ingredients, cool and harden. The mold is also easy to use a milk carton.
There are three ingredients: vanilla ice cream (200g (7.05oz)), cereal and granola (50g (1.76oz)), and honey (a little less than 1 tablespoon). First, mix all the ingredients evenly. If the ice cream is cold and hard, heat it in the microwave (500W) for 10 to 20 seconds to soften it and it will be smooth.
When mixed well, pack it in an empty milk carton, cool it in the freezer and harden it. Slice it into a size that is easy to eat and serve it on a plate. Since the cross section is easily broken when cutting because it contains plenty of ingredients, it is recommended to slice the milk carton with a kitchen knife.
The appearance is simple, but the sweetness and response to eating are quite good. You can also feel the elegance by adding the flavor of honey. If you use chocolate ice cream or matcha ice cream, or add dried fruits and chocolate, you can enjoy a different taste.
An ice cream cake recipe that can be easily made with a small amount of ingredients. Why not give it a try in the coming season when it gets warmer.
