Feel free to make homemade bread at home ♪ Introducing a simple bread recipe that does not require fermentation and uses a hot cake mix.
The ingredients are hot cake mix (100g (3.53oz)), yogurt (unsweetened) 60g (2.12oz), and raisins (30g (1.06oz)). First, put the panque mix and yogurt in a bowl and mix until a little powdery remains.
Then add raisins and mix evenly, and it's OK if you put it together smoothly. Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll them and place them on the aluminum foil. The dough is sticky, so it is recommended to dust it (outside the amount) when rolling it.
Place in a preheated oven or toaster oven, swell lightly and heat until browned. If it is an oven, it takes about 20 minutes to bake at 180 degrees. This time, I used a Balmuda toaster and baked it at 300W for about 20 minutes. If the surface gets scorched on the way, cover it with aluminum foil.
The baked bread has a cake-like taste with the sweetness of the hot cake mix and the moist feeling of yogurt. You can eat deliciously without adding anything. When cooled, it hardens and has a moist texture similar to scones. It's a little hard to eat, so it's recommended to warm it lightly before applying butter or jam.
A simple recipe that seems to be useful for breakfast on days when there is no stock of bread. Please enjoy not only raisins but also your favorite ingredients such as walnuts and chocolate.
