In response to such needs, Morinaga & Co. released "Morinaga Hot Cake Mix" in August. It is an epoch-making product that you can make hot cake dough in a zippered package without using tools.

Spread the bag and smooth the powder, then add milk and eggs in that order. If you use a milk guide wire, you don't even need a measuring cup. However, the powder is white and difficult to see, so it is recommended to weigh it if you can afford it.
When you close the mouth of the bag, it's time to fir! The dough is completed by squeezing it well for about one and a half minutes from the top of the bag.
All you have to do is cut out the side spout, squeeze it into a frying pan, and bake as usual. The trick is to always drop it from a high position (30 cm) to the same place to spread it round.
If you keep dropping it in the center, it will spread naturally in a round shape.
When baked, the dough swells and becomes thicker. When I dropped it, I was worried about the "dama" of the dough, but to bake a soft and thick panque, it is better to "do not mix too much" (conversely, a well-mixed panque will be moist and thin. Become).
Although the distribution failed a little, one bag completed two hot cakes with a diameter of about 14 cm. Cleaning up is just a matter of disposing of the bag, so it seems to be useful in outdoor scenes such as camping and barbecue.
