Curry specialty store "Curry House CoCo Ichibanya" (commonly known as Cocoichi) is now unpopular. Not only the curry of the shop, but also instant noodles and sweets supervised by the shop are widely available (curry nabe soup is recommended).
The other day, I discovered frozen curry udon as a derivative product of Cocoichi. Do you know the table mark "CoCo Ichibanya Supervised Curry Udon"?
It contains frozen udon noodles and curry with ingredients, and you only need to simmer it in a boiling pot for four and a half minutes. Fried chopped fish paste, kamaboko, green onions, and chicken appear from the melted curry, and it looks pretty good.

The familiar soup is thick and bonito and mackerel soup stock, and is firmly entwined with the thick, chewy noodles into your mouth. It has a mellow but deep taste that is typical of Cocoichi with its spiciness and spice. By the way, I always eat spicy food "normally", but udon is about that.

There are so many ingredients that you won't feel lonely even if you don't add them, and you'll be very satisfied with the rice that you can easily eat at home, such as using short noodles exclusively for curry udon! The remaining soup was a waste, so I put rice and cheese in it and ate it.

By the way, curry udon is also available at some Kokoichi stores, and the price is about 700 yen. On the other hand, frozen udon is 298 yen (excluding tax, price at the time of purchase) for one person, which is good for cospa (although the contents of the ingredients are different), which makes me worried that I don't have to go to the store anymore.
