The 0kcal Japanese sweets series "Zero Calories" is quite good! Recommended is "warabimochi"

Natural Lawson handles bento boxes and sweets that raise health awareness. The other day, I discovered a "zero calorie" Japanese sweet, and I was curious about it, so I tried it.

I bought "Zero Calorie Oshiruko" and "Zero Calorie Warabimochi" made by Endo. In addition to this, there were other items such as kuzumochi, wormwood mochi, and yokan, but this time these are the two. You can also get the products at Endo's online shop.

Zero calorie oshiruko 270 yen

Items limited to fall and winter. It is a rice cake containing "Mannan" which is the main ingredient of konjac.

It has 0 calories but 11.6g (0.21oz) of carbohydrates. Be careful while limiting carbs.

It is thickened with azuki bean fiber and has a good taste. The sweetness is modest and it feels very good. But it's not unsatisfactory. When warmed, the flavor improves and it is more delicious!

Mochi is similar to a plump jelly. It's a bit disappointing because it's not chewy, but let's convince you that it has 0 calories.

Zero calorie warabimochi 238 yen

Zero-calorie warabimochi made from mannan with black honey flavor. With soybean flour that cannot be attached.

Carbohydrate is 14.8g (0.28oz).

The smooth, plump and cool texture is just warabimochi. You can enjoy the slight sweetness, the flavor of black honey, and the aroma of kinako. It's quite thin like normal warabimochi, and I'm happy with this for zero calories.

For dessert after meals

Winter, when people tend to stay home and eat. If you're not careful, it's about time to wear light clothes. How about starting by cutting the calories of the snack?
