This product is a dry type noodle ingredient that allows you to enjoy the crispy texture of the ingredients. You can easily make "bukkake somen" just by sprinkling somen with mentsuyu (mentsuyu is not included). There is no special preparation other than somen noodles, so it's really speedy!
