The oil-pickled mentaiko "Rice and Maranran" is messed up! There is also "Menta Chirimen" with Jako.

As the name suggests, the deliciousness of rice is unstoppable. Introducing the bottled food "Rice and Maranran" found at the supermarket.

A product of "Fukuya", a sister brand of Fukuoka's mentaiko maker "Fukuya". It is a rice companion that contains umami by combining heated mentaiko with cottonseed oil. * For Fukuya products, we have previously introduced "Mentsuna Kankan " and "Mentsuna".

There are two flavors, "Mentaiko" and "Menta Chirimen". The purchase price at a supermarket in Tokyo was 459 yen (excluding tax).

The red-labeled mentaiko has a rich taste in which the umami and spiciness of the mentaiko are entwined with the richness of the oil. You can fully enjoy the crunchy texture.

The combination of mentaiko and oil is similar to "menta butter", but cottonseed oil without habit is lighter than butter. The flavor of mentaiko is also more noticeable.

The blue-labeled Meita Chirimen is a plus of Awaji Chirimen-jako. In addition to Meita's Petit Petit, you can enjoy the chewy texture of Chirimenjako. Umami is also more complicated and deeper. However, Meita's punches are weakened, so this is not always a good deal. I think I like it.

You can put it on rice as it is, or combine it with pasta, salad, and egg dishes. It is soaked in oil and lasts for a long time, so it is also recommended for regular use if you like mentaiko.
