Sweet potato scone recipe --Easy with panque mix & frying pan

Easy with hot cake mix! Sweet potato scone recipe --Hokuhoku gentle sweetness

It's easy because you make the dough with the panque mix and bake it in a frying pan instead of the oven. A scone that is as fragrant as a roasted sweet potato.

Material ( For 2-3 people )
Sweet potato 1/2 (about 160-170g)
butter 25g (0.88oz)
milk 35ml (1.18us fl oz)
Panque mix 80g (2.82oz)
Cinnamon powder a little

Introducing a scone recipe with plenty of sweet potatoes. It's easy because you make the dough with the panque mix and bake it in a frying pan instead of the oven. The double use of crushed sweet potatoes and diced sweet potatoes gives a rich flavor.

Material (for 5 pieces)

・ 1/2 sweet potato (approx. 160-170g (6oz))
・ Butter 25g (0.88oz)
・ Milk 35ml (1.18us fl oz)
・ Hot cake mix 80g (2.82oz)
・ A little cinnamon powder

How to make

1. 1. Wash the skin of sweet potatoes thoroughly, wrap them in wet kitchen paper and plastic wrap, and heat them in a microwave oven (600W) for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds to soften them.

2. Cut the softened sweet potatoes in half. Peel one. Leave the other with the skin and cut into cubes.

Five. Add milk and mix to combine the dough. If it doesn't come together, add milk little by little.

7.5 Divide it into equal parts, roll it up, crush it flat, and arrange it in a frying pan (fluororesin processing, etc.) at intervals. When rolling the dough, lightly moisten your hands to prevent the dough from sticking together.

8. Cover and bake on very low heat for 12 to 13 minutes.
