・ Onions (2 pieces)
・ Water (80cc)
・ Salt (a pinch)

How to make steamed onions

1. 1. Cut off the top and bottom of the onion and peel only one outer skin.


2. Put it in the inner pot of the rice cooker with the cross section facing up and sprinkle with water. Sprinkle the salt evenly.


3. 3. Cover and steam for 20 minutes in fast-cooking mode. Turn off the switch and wait 20 minutes with the lid on.


Four. Take it out of the rice cooker. Peel the brown skin when eating.


The steamed onions are attractive for their sweetness and crispness. Simply sprinkle with ponzu, sesame oil, pepper, etc. to make a splendid dish.
