Homemade pizza with hot cake mix

A fun homemade pizza where you can choose the ingredients yourself. It takes a little time to make it from the dough, which requires fermentation, but this time I will introduce a recipe that can be easily made using the panque mix.
[Material (1 pizza with a diameter of about 20 cm)] ・ Hot cake mix 150g (5.29oz)
・ 1 tablespoon of salad oil (or olive oil)
・ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
・ Water 50ml (1.69us fl oz) ~
・ Pizza sauce, cheese for pizza, vegetables and bacon toppings of your choice
[How to make] 1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Put hot cake mix, olive oil, salt and water in a bowl or plastic bag and knead well until the dough is cohesive (use a plastic bag to keep your hands clean).
3. 3. Spread the dough on a top plate with an oven sheet and top it with your favorite sauce, ingredients, and cheese (thin it because it swells a little when baked).
4. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 13-15 minutes
* Please adjust the firing time according to the oven you are using.
Unlike ordinary pizza dough, the edges have a crunchy texture like cookies, but since salt is added, it goes well with any topping. It has a slight sweetness, so we recommend sauces made with boiled eggs and teriyaki chicken. On the other hand, if you have a mix with a strong sweetness and vanilla aroma, I wonder if a sweet pizza using custard or fruit is better than a meal pizza.
