The cheesecake baked in a delicious egg color has a mellow and smooth texture. I use milk instead of fresh cream, but it has a rich enough taste. A nice accent with a crunchy texture of cooked berries and cherries and a slight acidity. Even though it's a small cake, by the time you finish eating one, your heart is completely filled. In addition, the taste will be familiar and more delicious about 2 days after it is freshly made.

A cheesecake made with 100 cocottes that saves you the trouble of preparing a plate and cutting it. Why don't you try it as a holiday snack? If you don't have a cocotte, you can use a muffin type (5-6 cm in diameter) instead.
